DAPU Engineer Completes Full Production Line Commissioning in Algeria

In February 2026, a DAPU engineer traveled to Algeria to assist a customer with the installation and commissioning of a complete wire mesh production line. The project included a 3–6mm roll mesh welding machine, wire drawing machine, and wire straightening machine.
The purpose of the visit was to ensure the equipment was installed correctly and could start production smoothly.
Complete Production Line Installation
After arriving at the customer’s factory, the engineer first inspected the workshop layout and checked the installation conditions for each machine. The equipment was then assembled step by step according to the production flow.
The production line includes:
Wire drawing machine for producing steel wire from raw material
Wire straightening machine for preparing wires for welding
3–6mm roll mesh welding machine for manufacturing welded mesh rolls
This combination allows the customer to produce welded mesh from raw wire rod to finished mesh products within a single integrated production process.
Equipment Testing and Commissioning
During the commissioning stage, the engineer carefully adjusted machine parameters and performed multiple test runs. Key tasks included:
Checking wire feeding stability
Adjusting welding current and pressure
Testing mesh size accuracy
Ensuring smooth coordination between machines
After several rounds of testing, the entire production line operated smoothly and produced high-quality welded mesh.
On-Site Technical Training
To help the customer quickly start production, the engineer also provided practical training for the operators. The training included machine operation, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting methods.
This ensures the production team can run the machines efficiently and maintain stable long-term operation.
Strengthening International Cooperation
After the commissioning was completed, the DAPU engineer and the customer team took a group photo in front of the newly installed production line to mark the successful cooperation.
