Starting as a small workshop specializing in mechanical welding machines, the company has rapidly grown into a global supplier of fully automated metal wire mesh production lines.

Fifteen Years of Technological Innovation: Striving for Excellence and Enhancing Actual Production Efficiency

Our development has always been driven by technological iteration. Early on, we focused on optimizing basic construction mesh welding machines to improve welding efficiency, weld stability, and mesh flatness. With market development, we expanded our product line to include fencing production lines, aquaculture mesh production lines, and shelving production systems, integrating SMC pneumatic welding technology and fully automated production processes.

Through our relentless efforts, the speed of our wire mesh welding machines has increased from the initial 40 welds per minute to the current pneumatic welding machines that can reach up to 200 welds per minute. The speed of our expanded metal mesh machines has increased from 100+ welds per minute to 450-500 welds per minute. The production efficiency of our wire drawing machine production line has also leaped from 5-6 meters per second to a maximum of 20 meters per second. Our highly acclaimed high speed nail making machine has also achieved an astonishing output of 700-800 nails per minute.
