Automatic Wire Feeding System:

Automatic Line Wire Feeding

The automatic line wire feeding system can store up to 1 ton of line wires for continuous production. Servo motors and synchronous belt transmission ensure accurate wire feeding and stable wire alignment.

The system can feed 51 line wires in only 18 seconds, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manual labor for high-speed 3D fence panel production.


Automatic Cross Wire Feeding

The automatic cross wire feeding system adopts step motor control and a specially designed feeder to ensure smooth and straight wire feeding. The stable feeding structure helps maintain accurate cross wire positioning during high-speed welding.

With automatic wire falling and feeding, the system improves welding consistency, reduces wire misalignment, and supports stable long-time production of 3D fence panels.

Automatic Wire Feeding System:

Servo Mesh Pulling System

The machine adopts three servo-controlled mesh pulling units to ensure accurate and stable mesh movement during welding and bending. Synchronous belt transmission improves pulling precision and guarantees smooth mesh feeding throughout the production process.


Automatic Bending System

Automatic Mesh Stacking System

Auxiliary Equipment:

The GT3-6H ensures fast and accurate wire straightening and cutting for high-speed fence mesh production. With a maximum speed of 130m/min, it supports stable and efficient wire feeding.

The air compressor provides stable air pressure for pneumatic welding and automatic mesh processing, ensuring smooth machine operation.

The industrial chiller MG-15C(D) provides continuous cooling for welding transformers and electrodes, helping maintain stable welding quality during long-time production.
